what this site knows about you

Not much, on purpose.

cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Its fonts, pictures and scripts come from this site, apart from the visit counter below, which sets no cookies either. The only cookies that can appear are Twitch's, and only if you choose to play something from Twitch.

counting visits

To know how many people stop by, this site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, uses no local storage, and does not fingerprint or identify you. For each page you open it records the page address, the page that sent you here, your browser and type of device, your country, and how long the page took to load. Cloudflare processes it for me, under Cloudflare's privacy policy, and it is not sold or shared.

twitch

The live player and the clips on the home page come from Twitch. Nothing from Twitch loads until you allow it, either in the panel that asks on your first visit or by pressing play on a player. Once it loads, Twitch can set its own cookies and see that you watched, under Twitch's privacy notice. My stream schedule is different: this site's own server reads it from Twitch, so looking at it never connects your browser to Twitch. The same server asks Twitch whether I am live and for a list of my clips, to choose what the player on the home page shows; nothing about you is part of that.

saved on your device

Your Twitch choice and your motion setting are kept in your browser's storage on this device so they stick between visits. They never leave your device, and clearing this site's data in your browser removes them.

the request form

If you send a commission request, I receive the name, email address and message you typed. I use them to reply to you and for nothing else. I keep them as long as we are talking about the work, then delete them.

server logs

Like any website, the server sees the address a request came from. It is used to stop abuse of the request form and is not kept beyond what that needs.

The artwork and clip pictures on this site are served from this site only. Some of the art was made for me by other artists and is credited on the about page. Please do not repost it without asking.

links out

Links to Twitch, VGen, Ko-fi, Throne, VLOOPLAY, X and Discord take you to those services, which have their own policies. The media kit is a PDF served from this site. The shop shows what I sell, and buying happens on VGen. The site credit in the footer links to Grimvane, who built the site.

your rights

You can ask what I hold about you, and ask me to correct or delete it, by emailing plompity@gmail.com. I do not sell or share anyone's information. If you are in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information.
